This time last year...
I had one of my biggest shows ever. I remember working 14 hours straight to hang somewhere around 200+ photos by myself (thanks to my cousin for bringing me soda at 4am). Man was that show crazy. I will tell you, I was going through one of the hardest times in my life. I just recovered from a fractured elbow, was finishing up the end of the year projects at work, and... Well we will just leave it at that. Since that show, I have worked on things here and there but nothing too crazy. I promised not only myself, but to others as well that I will take it easy and slow down. and I have.

Because everyone keeps asking... I'm gathering my marbles together to figure out what's next. Should I have another show, some new product, have 10 blogs out there and let my mind and eye go free, or all of the above? Well I'm an easy going person, but I don't go easy...I go hard and I think all of the above sounds good. What the heck I've already killed myself 100+ times to only do it again so I think another 100+ times will not hurt. Shoot you only live once right?

So here we go. Darkroom dust no more. Digital pictures must be printed (at least 4x6) - oh that's only if I have money because I would rather spend it on developing or buying film. Drawing, painting, and sketching will now be mandatory weekly. Singing all day in my head period. Be out in the streets once a week if not everyday to shoot..mandatory no excuses. Lastly, the biggest inspiration in life is connecting with friends and family..mandatory. O'yea, work..so I can pay the bills and do the things that I love that cost money. Boom.
